Partner Spotlight: Studio Nest & Andas Homes - Crafted for Wellbeing
At Studio Nest, we believe every bespoke space should feel deeply personal - combining thoughtful design, practical function, and a genuine sense of well being. That’s precisely why partnering with Andas Homes (based right here in Yorkshire) is such a natural fit.
Andas Homes, whose name is inspired by the Scandinavian word for “breathe,” designs each luxury development around wellness and harmony with nature. They embrace biophilic principles -blending natural materials, generous daylight, and fluid indoor-outdoor connection, all while pursuing WELL building accreditation.
These aren’t just aesthetic choices - they’re deeply intentional, structured around healthier, happier lives. And that ethos aligns perfectly with how we design, whether it's a kitchen, walk-in pantry, boot room, or home office: we aim to create spaces that support well being through light, comfort, and beauty.

The synergy between our two brands goes even deeper: Andas Homes was co-founded by Holly and Mike Simpson - who later created Studio Nest before shifting focus to luxury developments - and it was only logical to continue the journey together.
Today, Studio Nest draws its strength from a passionate team of designers, craftsmen, and installers who share the same ethos. Each creation is bespoke, seamlessly integrated into Andas Homes’ overall vision, and designed to support well being in style.
One of the most exciting collaborations to date is Chapel Wold, a collection of four individually designed homes in the Wharfe Valley. Each property celebrates natural light, sweeping views, and a thoughtful balance between heritage and modern design. At the heart of them are bespoke kitchens and fitted spaces by Studio Nest.
We were proud to design, supply and install kitchens, pantries, boot rooms, utility rooms and more across all four Chapel Wold homes:
Riverview – A striking home with panoramic valley views, featuring a contemporary yet timeless kitchen, a generous walk-in pantry, and a practical boot room and laundry space.
Woodcutters – Characterful and welcoming, this home includes a bespoke kitchen with warm natural materials and tailored storage, alongside a family-friendly utility and dressing room.
Meadowcroft – Designed for everyday elegance, the kitchen here combines modern function with soft finishes, complemented by a thoughtfully designed boot room and home office.
Cliffe House Farm – A beautifully restored farmhouse where heritage meets modern living, featuring a handcrafted kitchen at its heart, with bespoke cabinetry continuing into the pantry, laundry and dressing areas.
Each of these homes demonstrates how architecture, interiors, and landscape can work in harmony - showcasing both Andas Homes’ vision and Studio Nest’s attention to detail.
Beyond kitchens, we’ve also lent our design magic to pantries, dressing rooms, boot rooms, and home offices across Chapel Wold. These spaces aren’t just functional; they extend the continuity of comfort and conscious design throughout the home.
What drives our partnership is a shared belief: homes should be personal havens, purposeful and rooted in well being. Whether we’re designing a calming home office, a tidy laundry hub, or a joyful family kitchen, each project reflects:
A blend of thoughtful functionality and subtle elegance
A fluid dialogue with architecture, materials, and place
A commitment to your lifestyle - from practical storage to lighting that lifts the spirit
